We have partnered with one of our top media clients to add a sales leader to the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, experience in managing and developing sales professionals, and strong relationships with key consumer accounts across various industries. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this role demands strategic thinking, creativity, and collaboration across departments to deliver innovative solutions that resonate with clients.
Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and track sales pipeline activities to drive lead generation and prospecting efforts.
- Develop and mentor sales team members to achieve their quotas and enhance performance.
- Create compelling marketing collateral to effectively communicate unique offerings.
- Review proposals and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality submissions.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative Strategy and Revenue Operations to support sales initiatives.
- Adapt to fast-paced work environments while maintaining a positive outlook under pressure.
- Travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
- Exceptional leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, creative, results-oriented mindset with industry-specific client relationships.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
