Pacific International has been exclusively retained by an innovative and growing electronics manufacturing company seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
Reporting to the VP of Operations , this leader will play a critical role in strengthening supply chain performance, improving material flow, and enabling the organization to scale as the business continues to grow. The Director will lead a cross-functional team and implement systems, processes, and strategies that drive operational efficiency, cost improvements, and service reliability.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain function, including procurement, materials planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, replenishment strategies, inventory turns, and working capital performance.
- Establish and lead a robust SIOP / capacity planning process, aligning materials, labor, and production to meet demand.
- Oversee production planning and scheduling, improving manufacturing flow and reducing lead times.
- Manage supplier relationships and sourcing strategies, including negotiations and cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Monitor and improve shipping, receiving, and transportation performance, optimizing delivery reliability and logistics costs.
- Partner with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to support new product introductions and production scaling.
- Use data, metrics, and analytics to drive performance improvements across supply chain operations.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing supply chain team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, systems, and digital tools to streamline processes and improve visibility.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics or engineered products.
- Strong expertise in production planning, materials management, procurement, and inventory optimization.
- Experience leading capacity planning and SIOP processes in complex manufacturing operations.
- Proven success improving inventory performance, lead times, and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into operational improvements.
- Demonstrated leadership experience developing and motivating teams in fast‑paced environments.
- Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
