Two open positions: Business Development Director – Englewood, NJ (Candidates must be local). Business Development Director – Manhattan, NY (Candidates must be local).
Responsibilities
- Recruiting surgeons into ambulatory surgery, healthcare, and surgical facilities
- Retaining existing physicians / surgeons
- Growing the case loads
Qualifications
- Extensive sales and business development background in healthcare.
- Prior experience working with Physicians, preferably in surgical specialties.
- Proven track record as a salesperson.
Required Skills
- Examples include: Physician Liaisons, healthcare Management Service Organizations, hospital systems, large Physician groups, etc.
- Cross collaborates across lanes – recognizing attention needed to large partners.
