Director of Business Development

We are working on a newly created Director of Business Development (Manufacturing | Aerospace & Defense)

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing client in the Northeast that has hired us to help identify and recruit a Director of Business Development (Individual Contributor) to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a sales / business development leader in the manufacturing space who understands how to win business in the defense contractor and commercial aerospace markets.

We’re looking for someone with experience in:

• Selling precision machining, brazing, or similar manufactured components
• Developing and expanding relationships with defense and aerospace customers
• Driving new business growth in highly technical manufacturing environments
