Senior Program Director – Defense IDIQ & P&L Lead

A leading defense contractor is seeking a Program Director to lead the execution of a large-scale IDIQ contract. The role demands strong executive-level leadership and engineering skills to deliver mission-critical solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in P&L portfolio management and significant success in managing over $500M in IDIQ programs. U.S. Citizenship and a Master’s degree are required, along with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance. This position is based in Pierre, South Dakota.
