Vice President of Client Strategy

CTA Digital is seeking an experienced Vice President of Client Strategy to lead and strengthen our enterprise client relationships while driving long-term strategic growth across our customer base.

This executive-level role will serve as CTA’s most senior customer-facing leader, responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that our teams consistently deliver exceptional solutions and service.

The VP of Client Strategy will travel frequently to meet with existing customers, new prospects, and strategic partners, building executive relationships while gaining firsthand insight into client needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities.

This role requires a strategic and proactive leader who can evaluate complex customer environments, identify challenges that need to be addressed, uncover new opportunities, and guide internal teams toward the right solutions.

Working closely with sales, account management, product development, and operations, the VP of Client Strategy will play a critical role in aligning CTA’s capabilities with customer needs and positioning the company as a trusted long-term partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as CTA Digital’s primary senior customer-facing executive, representing the company with key clients and partners
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with enterprise customers
  • Travel frequently to meet with existing clients, prospective customers, and strategic partners
  • Lead high-level discussions focused on long-term partnership, innovation, and strategic collaboration

Client Strategy and Relationship Growth

  • Evaluate CTA Digital’s portfolio of enterprise accounts and develop strategies to strengthen and expand partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through new solutions, products, and initiatives
  • Work closely with sales leadership to support long-term account expansion and business development efforts

Business Development and Opportunity Identification

  • Identify new potential clients, markets, and strategic partnerships that align with CTA’s capabilities
  • Build relationships with prospective customers and industry partners to generate new opportunities
  • Help guide early-stage conversations with new clients and support the development of strategic solutions

Customer Insight and Issue Resolution

  • Proactively identify areas where client relationships, processes, or project execution can be improved
  • Step into complex customer situations to diagnose challenges and drive solutions
  • Identify issues that need to be addressed and ensure internal teams take the appropriate actions to resolve them
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to Account Managers managing key accounts
  • Support account teams in navigating complex projects and high-level customer relationships
  • Establish best practices and frameworks for managing enterprise clients across the organization

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with product development, engineering, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment around customer needs
  • Translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations for new products and solutions
  • Ensure internal teams remain aligned with customer expectations, timelines, and deliverables

Relevant Background and Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client strategy, customer success, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven success building and managing relationships with large enterprise customers
  • Experience working in environments involving complex products, custom solutions, or multi-department collaboration
  • Strong leadership experience guiding account managers or client-facing teams
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify business challenges and develop strategic solutions
