Overview

  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for branded franchise products within web and email channels.
  • Optimize performance dashboards to monitor marketing data and measure campaign effectiveness across channels.
  • Provide expertise on digital trends and assess new opportunities aligned with strategic plans.
  • Supervise employees directly and indirectly, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Contribute to the launch of new oncology products, enhancing awareness and engagement through digital channels.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations for pharmaceutical promotions and manage review processes effectively.
  • Drive innovation in digital marketing tactics, blending creativity with pragmatic execution.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan and manage promotional website and email tactics to drive product awareness and prepare for product launches.
  • Oversee creative development of digital assets, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Manage digital marketing materials approval processes with regulatory, legal, and medical teams.
  • Analyze web and email KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and implement changes to improve performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 11-13 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies across patient and healthcare professional audiences.
  • Experience with FDA regulations for pharmaceutical promotions and review processes.
  • Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices, including SEO/SEM and CRM.
