Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

We are currently looking for an FP&A Director to join our Global Finance team. This position will work collaboratively across all teams to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budget process through collaboration with commercial regions and department heads to gather input, analyze data, and consolidate budgetary requirements.
- Work closely with commercial teams to develop forward estimates of sales and investments to achieve the annual financial goal. Develop run rate reporting to highlight VFB issues and solutions to stay on track.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights on performance against budget and forecast.
- Identify and communicate trends, offering recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- Oversee delivery of monthly financial reporting, forecast updates, and budget management to business partners (monthly and quarterly)
- Assist in the collection and reporting of retail sales across our regions, channels and accounts.
- Prepare and monitor the company’s long-range strategic and financial planning models.
- Assist in the upgrade of reporting standards through the pursuit of continuous process improvement and liaison with the various business departments.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and AI incorporation in financial functions.
- Analyze competitor performance and market trends.
Qualifications / Ideal Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Finance / FP&A.
- BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business, MBA preferred.
- Previous experience in luxury skincare/beauty a plus.
- Experience with a global organization.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining strong relationships and communicating with a wide range of business partners.
- High level of ethical standards, integrity, and character.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Google sheets, Net Suite, Power BI
