Director Strategic Sourcing

As aDirector, Strategic Sourcing here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the procurement strategy and initiatives to achieve cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and establish strong supplier relationships. Your expertise in strategic sourcing and supply chain management will be instrumental in driving business growth and competitiveness.

You will report directly to ourVP Procurement and you’ll work out of ourCharlotte, NC location on aHybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial performance of the business through the delivery of cost savings, working capital improvement, and supplier quality. You will be responsible for developing and executing annual and strategic procurement plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
