Description
The Vice President, Frontier Revenue Growth will lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for expansion into under-leveraged retail channels. Own channel prioritization, resource planning, senior-level engagement, and revenue accountability through deal closure and scalable growth.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead profitable growth by expanding existing business and attracting new opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve divisional financial goals
- Partner with Business Managers to build, motivate, and lead a best‑in‑class sales organization
- Strengthen and maintain senior‑level client relationships to exceed performance targets
- Serve as a key communicator with clients, retailers, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee expense management and ensure financial discipline
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 15 or more years of progressive experience in sales or marketing leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling expenses
- Proven success managing teams within a food broker or major national packaged goods organization is ideal
- Proficiency with sales and business software tools
- Proven ability to lead GTM strategies, negotiate senior partnerships, and manage budgets
