We are actively recruiting for an experienced leader to lead our team at Riverview Village , part of American Senior Communities. Candidates must be licensed as a Healthcare Facility Administrator (HFA).

Requirements:
- The ability to foster an environment of excellence while leading a caring team who makes a difference in the lives of our residents who we are privileged to serve.
- A strong understanding of the long-term care industry and operations
- An active and valid Healthcare Facility Administrator license in Indiana
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
