You'll play a key role in supporting sales operations, managing customer orders, and ensuring a smooth flow from quote to delivery. What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support sales for manufactured parts and finished products while serving as a primary point of contact for customers. You'll work closely with production, inventory, shipping, and external sales teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support Prepare and process sales quotes, customer orders, and order revisions
Enter and maintain accurate customer orders in the ERP/MRP system
Provide customers with pricing, lead times, product availability, and order status updates
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and inventory teams to meet customer requirements
Support timely delivery and resolve order-related issues as they arise
What We're Looking For Previous sales experience is required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
