As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients with their financial needs and ensuring a positive experience. Location: Wilson NC Pay Range: $15.00 Shift: 8:50am - 5:30pm What's the Job? Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers with account information, billing questions, and payment processing Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction What's Needed? Bilingual verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus What's in it for me?
