Each Attendant should be full of energy, have a positive outlook, and an aptitude for genuine hospitality. What You'll Do: Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner. Organize and oversee a variety of recreational activities such as games, sports, and arts and crafts for guests, ensuring a diverse and engaging experience for all ages and interests. Coordinate and facilitate recreational activities, guiding guests through various programs and ensuring their safety and enjoyment. Collaborate with other team members and departments to create a positive and engaging atmosphere. Inform guests about available recreation facilities, including amenities, schedules, and guidelines, to help them make informed decisions about their leisure activities while staying with us. Encourage and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities, promoting engagement and participation to enhance their vacation experience. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of recreation and entertainment areas through routine cleaning and equipment maintenance, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests. Set up and break down recreational activities according to established protocols and schedules, preparing the facilities for guest use and ensuring efficient operations. Deliver top-notch customer service, demonstrating a genuine desire to elevate the vacation experience for guests and exceed their expectations at every opportunity. Assist in opening and closing side work tasks as assigned, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of recreation facilities and ensuring readiness for guest use. What We're Looking For: High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in recreation, entertainment, or customer service roles is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. Organizes and participates in recreational activities with guests of all ages. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Able to stand and walk for extended periods. Able to work in outdoor weather conditions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
