Scope of Position: We are seeking a dynamic professional to oversee and coordinate graphic production on diverse projects. You will work closely with team members and collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and high-quality job execution.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This role does not include direct reports, but requires effective collaboration and communication with team members to accomplish goals.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in sign and print graphic production processes.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and quality in graphic arts.
- Leverage proven experience in project coordination to meet deadlines.
- Exhibit the ability to troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize relevant software, including Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise.
- Showcase strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Education and/or Experience: An Associate degree or higher, or an equivalent degree from a technical school; three (3) to seven (7) years of experience and/or training; or any equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
General Skills:
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of graphic sign and display production techniques and materials.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365, and willing to learn an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations in various units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to follow detailed instructions, both written and oral, and to address problems with a few concrete variables in standardized settings.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently in 8-hour shifts.
Physical Demands: While no special skills are required, the role may necessitate standing for extended periods at a workbench, performing light physical tasks, lifting graphic materials, climbing ladders, and handling chemicals. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Employees may encounter exposures such as skin irritation and fumes from inks and chemicals. Additionally, there may be risks of cuts or bruises from equipment, supplies, or finished products. Noise from fabrication shop equipment may also be present.
