Processing Specialist

Currency Exchange International is looking for a 6-Month Contractor in the capacity of a Processing Specialist at their Louisville Office. A Processing Specialist internally services customers by processing incoming and outgoing orders while maintaining inventory integrity. This role centers on digital documentation and administrative support to maintain accurate inventory records. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and basic computer skills. Essential functions: Enter and verify transaction data in CEIFX and related systems. Process incoming and outgoing order information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain digital documentation and update transaction logs. Support inventory integrity through system-based checks instead of physical cash handling Prepare necessary paperwork for domestic and international armored shipments. Provide support and assistance to team members as needed including but not limited to receiving supplies and other office deliveries. Team collaboration and safety: Work closely with colleagues to ensure timely processing. Provide support and assistance to team members as needed including but not limited to receiving of supplies and other office deliveries. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Support the enforcement and adhere to all security policies and procedures. Required education and experience: Basic computer proficiency (data entry, Microsoft Office, internal systems). Strong organizational skills.
