Why This Role Matters:

We are searching for a dynamic Senior Product Manager for the User Interface Platform to lead our efforts in designing intuitive user experiences that simplify the management of complex applications. Your contributions will be vital in creating reusable interfaces that enhance user engagement and drive revenue growth, while also exploring advancements in AI and chatbot technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Formulate a strategic vision that aligns UI development with our long-term objectives for becoming an essential data streaming platform.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to establish and execute a product roadmap that meets strategic goals.
• Conduct user research through interviews and data analysis to define user personas, journeys, and crucial tasks.
• Work collaboratively across teams to foster a unified vision that integrates engineering, product, business development, support, sales, and marketing.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, managing complex cross-functional projects from initiation to launch and beyond.
• Set measurable goals and evaluate product performance, leveraging insights to inform product development.
• Navigate a dynamic product environment while delivering value and achieving ambitious partnership objectives.

Your Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience in developing user experience features for enterprise cloud products.
• Familiarity with LLM or GenAI technologies is a plus.
• Strong background in creating and defending a coherent product roadmap based on user stories and insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with a track record of success in collaborative environments.
• Strong relationship management skills with a diverse range of colleagues and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes through impactful product enhancements.
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid models is advantageous.
