Whether improving climbing performance, recovering from injury, or enhancing day-to-day capability, our mission is to prepare clients to thrive outside the gym for years to come.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Madison, WI, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales Director will oversee and drive sales operations, interact with clients to provide exceptional customer service, and develop strategies to expand the business. Core responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, analyzing client reports to identify sales opportunities, and supporting team operations to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with a knack for meeting and exceeding targets
  • Skilled in Customer Service, with the ability to build strong client relationships and address needs effectively
  • Proficiency in Team Management to foster a collaborative and motivated workplace
  • Business Development expertise, with a strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Familiarity with the fitness, wellness, or climbing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
