* Generate new sales through door knocking, cold calling, referrals, and networking * Meet with homeowners to evaluate needs and present project solutions * Close deals for roofing, fencing, remodeling, and exterior improvements * Recruit, train, and develop new sales representatives * Lead daily sales activity and motivate the team in the field * Help build a scalable sales system and culture * Track performance and help reps hit their goals
* Proven sales experience (construction, roofing, solar, or home improvement preferred) * Experience leading or building a sales team is a strong plus * Comfortable with door-to-door sales and prospecting * Strong leadership and coaching skills * Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset * Reliable transportation and ability to work in the field
