Act as a trusted advisor to business and clinical product owners. Lead design workshops, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and support agile ceremonies. Workflow Automation:

Utilize

OmniStudio

(Omniscripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards) to build guided workflows and sophisticated data handling procedures. Technical Environment

Salesforce:

Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce (AI), and Experience Cloud. Data & Analytics:

Deep, hands-on experience with

Salesforce Health Cloud

(or a similar highly regulated environment). Integration Expertise:

Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and large-scale data warehouses like Snowflake. Communication:

Exceptional soft skills with the ability to navigate a "forming" team environment and communicate effectively with both technical engineers and non-technical business leaders. Education/Certs:

Multiple Salesforce Architect certifications are expected (e.g., Application/System Architect, Sharing & Visibility, or Platform Dev II). Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

Experience with

OmniStudio

or

MuleSoft . Familiarity with Healthcare interoperability standards ( HL7, FHIR ). Prior experience in "Regenesis" or large-scale digital transformation environments. Exposure to AI initiatives or Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP). Why Join This Team?

Growth Potential:

This role is positioned to evolve into an Enterprise Architecture capacity as the department scales. Modern Stack:

Work with cutting-edge tools including Agentforce AI and Snowflake/Sigma for advanced analytics. Impact:

Directly contribute to a multi-year initiative that will redefine how technology supports clinical outcomes.
