Compensation:
$165,000 - $185,000 + ~5% Annual Bonusl
Position Summary
We are seeking a high-impact
Salesforce Solutions Architect
to serve as a technical cornerstone for a multi-year enterprise digital transformation initiative. This role is designed for a practitioner who bridges the gap between high-level architectural design and hands-on delivery.
You will be joining a lean, agile, and growing team focused on modernizing our healthcare technology footprint. This is a "greenfield" opportunity to influence the roadmap for AI integration, data management, and multi-cloud expansion (Health, Service, and Marketing Clouds) within a highly regulated environment.
Core Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design:
Design secure, scalable Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on
Health Cloud . Ensure alignment with broader enterprise standards while maintaining a focus on clinical effectiveness. Hands-on Technical Leadership:
Lead the "how" of execution by performing code reviews, managing CI/CD pipelines (Copado/AutoRABIT), and guiding development across Apex, LWC, and Flows. System Integration:
Architect and oversee complex integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, including EHRs, ERPs (Workday/SAP), middleware (MuleSoft), and legacy .NET systems. Data Strategy & Governance:
Collaborate on the migration and consolidation of data into the Salesforce/Snowflake ecosystem, ensuring data lineage, security (Shield), and HIPAA compliance. Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor to business and clinical product owners. Lead design workshops, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and support agile ceremonies. Workflow Automation:
Utilize
OmniStudio
(Omniscripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards) to build guided workflows and sophisticated data handling procedures. Technical Environment
Salesforce:
Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce (AI), and Experience Cloud. Data & Analytics:
Snowflake (Central Platform), Sigma, and Salesforce Data Cloud. Integration:
MuleSoft Anypoint, Salesforce Connect, and REST/SOAP APIs. DevOps:
Copado, Flosum, or AutoRABIT. Required Qualifications
Experience:
10+ years in enterprise software development, with at least 5-7 years specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem. Cloud Proficiency:
Deep, hands-on experience with
Salesforce Health Cloud
(or a similar highly regulated environment). Integration Expertise:
Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and large-scale data warehouses like Snowflake. Communication:
Exceptional soft skills with the ability to navigate a "forming" team environment and communicate effectively with both technical engineers and non-technical business leaders. Education/Certs:
Multiple Salesforce Architect certifications are expected (e.g., Application/System Architect, Sharing & Visibility, or Platform Dev II). Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience with
OmniStudio
or
MuleSoft . Familiarity with Healthcare interoperability standards ( HL7, FHIR ). Prior experience in "Regenesis" or large-scale digital transformation environments. Exposure to AI initiatives or Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP). Why Join This Team?
