Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and support OpenText InfoArchive solutions in production environments Design implement and optimize InfoArchive ingestion frameworks and architecture Ensure compliance with data retention policies legal holds and regulatory requirements Collaborate with database administrators to maintain and optimize relational database performance Monitor and maintain content storage indexing and archival processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to InfoArchive components and workflows Provide technical guidance and documentation related to InfoArchive solutions
