We are seeking a
Salesforce Product Analyst
with strong expertise in
Salesforce platform, Experience Cloud (Portal), and MuleSoft integrations .
This role will be responsible for
driving requirements, managing cross-functional alignment, and owning end-to-end UAT execution , ensuring successful delivery across multiple Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between
business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering , delivering scalable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
Lead
requirement gathering sessions
with business stakeholders Analyze and translate business needs into
clear functional requirements Drive
cross-functional alignment
across business, product, and engineering teams Agile & User Story Management
Create, groom, and prioritize
user stories and backlog items Prepare
feature scope documentation
and ensure stories are development-ready Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as
stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming Salesforce & Integration Support
Work on
Salesforce Experience Cloud (Portal)
implementations Support initiatives involving
MuleSoft integrations and vendor technologies Provide
Salesforce operational support , including dashboards and system updates UAT (User Acceptance Testing) - End-to-End Ownership
Own complete
UAT lifecycle , including:
Test case creation Test execution coordination Defect tracking and resolution Retesting and release readiness
Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business expectations Data Analysis & Migration Support
Perform
data validation and analysis
to support migration activities Ensure data accuracy and reduce delivery risks Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Act as the
primary point of contact
for stakeholder queries Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive progress Facilitate working sessions to close gaps and finalize requirements Required Skills & Experience
8-10 years
of experience in
Salesforce Business Analysis / Product Analyst roles Strong experience with:
Salesforce Platform (SFDC) Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community/Portal) MuleSoft integrations / system integrations
Hands-on experience in:
User story creation & backlog management UAT planning and execution Stakeholder management
Strong understanding of:
Salesforce configurations and data models Agile methodologies
Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred)
✓ Salesforce Certified Administrator ✓ Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Technical & Functional Skills
Salesforce (SFDC) - Functional & Admin-level knowledge Experience Cloud (Portal) MuleSoft / Integration understanding Data analysis & validation Agile tools (JIRA or similar)
