Randstad is seeking a strategic Client Manager to drive market growth and cultivate high-value partnerships within the Milwaukee metropolitan area. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities within the industrial and logistics sectors, transitioning prospects into long-term strategic partners. The ideal candidate is a "hunter" with a sophisticated understanding of workforce solutions and local manufacturing hubs. You will be responsible for presenting our value proposition, including specialized recruitment pipelines and operational efficiency.

salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

Market Expansion:

Identify and engage with key manufacturers and logistics providers to build a robust sales pipeline. Strategic Consultation:

Partner with prospective clients to understand their operational pain points and design custom staffing solutions that drive performance. Revenue Growth:

Manage the full sales lifecycle from cold outreach and discovery to contract negotiation and closing. Portfolio Management:

Oversee the successful onboarding of new accounts, ensuring a seamless transition to the recruitment and account management teams. Brand Advocacy:

Represent the agency at regional networking events and industry trade shows to solidify our position as the premier staffing partner in Greater Milwaukee.
