We are seeking a high-impact Senior Business Analyst who combines strong business analysis fundamentals with practical project management knowledge and a working understanding of data analysis. Must be someone who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments, able to own outcomes, unblock progress, and drive delivery without letting tasks linger. The ideal candidate would also bring hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Required qualifications: 6+ years delivering in complex, cross-functional environments Strong requirements gathering, process modeling, backlog management, and documentation skills (user stories, BRDs/FRDs, workflows, data dictionaries). Solid grasp of project lifecycle, governance, RAID management, change control, and stakeholder management; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall. Proficiency with collaboration/work tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and data visualization basics (e.g., Power BI/Tableau). Excellent written and verbal communication; strong facilitation and stakeholder management. Proactive, outcome-oriented "go-getter" who anticipates issues, drives clarity, and unblocks delivery; comfortable owning decisions and results. Preferred qualifications:
Ability to write and interpret basic SQL, work with relational schemas, and partner with data teams on quality/validation. Practical experience with asset lifecycle processes, discovery, CMDB concepts, reconciliation, and reporting; familiarity with audits and controls. Process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), data analysis, and building dashboards for KPIs.
