Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Address client inquiries and provide timely, effective solutions Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates Support the onboarding process for new clients Qualifications
