Ross Stores - 8839 Greenback Lane - Responsibilities: Maintaining Safe & Secure Environment at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor; Mitigating theft and fraud by monitoring for suspicious behavior and communicating with Store Leadership; Minimizing Operational Shortage by training and educating Associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Developing Great Teams & Partnerships through regular involvement with district partners and recognition programs; Assisting with other duties as assigned to support Loss Prevention initiatives
