Marketing Intern
BCB Bank offers a paid summer internship program for college students designed to provide a comprehensive look at the banking industry through both individual and collaborative work. Each summer the internship experience is unique. This internship provides an overview of careers in the banking field. It is designed to provide meaningful professional development and insight into how the department supports a financial services organization. The Marketing Intern gets a backstage pass to how we tell the story of our bank and keep the brand humming. Instead of just watching from the sidelines, they will be right in the thick of it! They will be dreaming up new marketing opportunities, helping launch community events, and seeing exactly how we keep our messaging sharp in a fast-paced world. It's the ultimate jumpstart for anyone ready to dive into a career in marketing, PR, or creative strategy. Responsibilities Support the Marketing Manager by keeping day-to-day department operations. Assist with incoming requeststracking sponsorships, donations, and ads from start to finish. Tackle the logistics for community events and branch launches, from managing timelines to coordinating on-site signage. Handle the "swag" inventory and chat with printers and suppliers to make sure our branded gear is always on point. Organize digital assets and project files, helping with data entry and report prep along the way. Dig into local trends and competitor moves to see how we can keep our community impact growing. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Lobby/professional office environment with moderate sound. Ability to travel to branches and offices, off-site training, and/or meetings as needed. Schedule The duration is May 26th August 7th. Interns work 37.5 hours per week. EOE m/f/d/v
