We're seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead a small crew in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance on commercial roof systems. Required: Experience in a Commercial Roofing Foreman role. What You'll Do Lead and train helpers on repair and maintenance of commercial roof systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Built-Up, Modified). Diagnose and repair roof leaks, perform inspections, and maintain manufacturer warranties. Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every job. Keep accurate daily reports using company software. Represent Nations Roof with professionalism on-site and with clients. What We're Looking For Commercial roofing experience required (low-slope systems). Recent hands-on work experience in a Foreman or Lead dedicated role with crew(s) and/or helper reporting directly to you. Strong communication and leadership skills. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Willingness to travel locally and use company technology. Bilingual English/Spanish and 5+ years foreman experience is a highly preferred!
