Responsibilities include but not limited to:\nIn partnership with business and the team, the Product Owner:\nCreates a compelling product vision.\nIn collaboration with Operations and market leadership, develops and executes a product roadmap with a focus on measurable outcomes.\nCultivates and maintains an effective relationship with all stakeholders while regularly sharing the vision, roadmaps and progress.\nActively engage with the stakeholders to elicit, consider and document the needs and constraints to align with organizational strategy and priorities.\nCollaborates with stakeholders and the team to discover, analyze and document the business requirements into Process Definition Documents (PDD).\nEngages and collaborates with the team and stakeholders to create and manage Agile artifacts (e.g. Product Roadmap, Backlog, Release Plan) and information needed for prioritization decision-making and regularly assesses features and costs to determine whether and when to proceed.\nDefines Product KPIs, monitors and reports on metrics/outcomes.\nDrives day-to-day product management decisions by prioritizing and maintaining the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.

Qualifications:\nStrategic thinker, resilient, analytical and results driven.\nLeadership skills to gain credibility, garner respect, guide the creation of a self-organizing team and be assertive with business priorities and opposing viewpoints while adhering to Agile concepts and principles.\nWorking knowledge of Agile practices. Understands the fundamentals of iterative development, incremental delivery, backlog management, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.\nStrong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to connect and engage team, facilitate discussion, advocate for team, and negotiate with business/corporate areas, mentor/coach team members, and resolve conflict.\nSolid analytical skills, creative problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.\nAbility to work with minimal direction, flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and schedules, handle multiple issues simultaneously, and to manage stressful situations.\nStrong knowledge of technical concepts, architectural principles to drive scalable solutions.\nKnow how to influence teams to deliver great customer experience without authority.

Preferred Qualifications:\n1-3 years' experience as a product owner with the ability to demonstrate realized business value and outcomes, or experience in helping product owners do the same.
