Senior Finance and Marketing Analyst
The Senior Finance & Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and revenue optimization at Ojos Locos. This role partners closely with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to analyze financial performance, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights that improve profitability, guest engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, advanced analytical capabilities, and experience leveraging data to optimize both financial outcomes and marketing ROI. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models, reports, and dashboards to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Partner with Finance team to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis. Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability. Support pricing strategy, menu engineering, and cost optimization initiatives. Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital, in-store, and third-party platforms to evaluate effectiveness and ROI. Partner with Marketing to optimize channel mix, promotions, and customer engagement strategies. Assist in development, maintenance, and dashboard enhancements and KPI reports to provide real-time visibility into financial and marketing performance. Analyze data from multiple sources, including sales, marketing, customer experience, and operations, to identify trends and growth opportunities. Design and implement data models to support financial and marketing analysis requirements. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through strong data governance practices. Support strategic initiatives, new store openings, and market expansion efforts with data-driven insights. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner. Education and or Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or a related field. Experience in multi-unit restaurants, hospitality, or retail environments strongly preferred Requirement and Skills Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail. Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Experience with MIRUS, R-365 and Power BI strongly preferred. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
