Salesforce Practice Leader – Revenue Growth & Strategy
The primary objective of this position is to drive revenue growth and market expansion for the organization’s Salesforce consulting practice. This includes oversight and expansion across the full range of Salesforce ecosystem solutions, including core CRM platforms, industry-specific solutions, integration technologies, marketing automation tools, and emerging data and sustainability platforms. The organization delivers both advisory services and proprietary solutions built within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new consulting revenue by partnering with internal sales teams and supporting opportunity development throughout the business development lifecycle. Collaborate closely with delivery leadership to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and execution capabilities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand consulting services, including creating differentiated offerings aligned with platform innovation and market trends. Focus on growing relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities across domestic and global markets.
- Define and launch go‑to‑market initiatives designed to position Salesforce-related services effectively and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce partner stakeholders, increasing organizational visibility and strengthening strategic alignment. Mentor alliance‑focused team members and help expand engagement across targeted industry segments such as financial services, manufacturing, media, and retail.
- Partner with marketing teams to design and implement campaigns that enhance brand recognition, generate qualified leads, and support practice growth objectives.
- Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on performance, pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and strategic progress.
- Collaborate with delivery and talent leadership to support hiring strategies, team development, and retention initiatives for Salesforce‑focused professionals.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing consulting practices, business units, or service lines with measurable revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce platforms, supported by relevant certifications and hands‑on project involvement.
- Familiarity with Salesforce’s partner ecosystem, including alliance engagement and partner‑driven business development.
- Ability to operate effectively in a globally distributed organization, collaborating with teams across multiple regions.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements, internal meetings, and business development efforts, including occasional international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, retail, or media.
- Experience with Salesforce industry‑specific solutions and vertical‑focused implementations.
