Business Development Director – Life Sciences Logistics

A global leader in clinical trial logistics and life sciences supply chain solutions is expanding its commercial team across Europe.
Following significant international growth, the company is investing heavily in its Business Development organisation and is looking for experienced hunters with strong pharmaceutical and biotech networks to help drive the next phase of expansion.
This is a high-impact role focused on winning new business, building strategic client relationships, and expanding market presence across pharma, biotech, CRO and CDMO customers.
The Opportunity
You will join a rapidly growing commercial team responsible for delivering specialised logistics solutions supporting clinical trials, biologics, cell and gene therapies, and temperature-controlled supply chains.
The organisation already partners with many of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies and continues to expand its footprint globally.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities within pharma, biotech and CRO organisations
- Developing and executing strategic territory plans to grow revenue
- Building strong relationships with senior decision makers across life sciences companies
- Delivering consultative sales processes for complex logistics solutions
- Managing and developing a healthy pipeline of new opportunities
- Collaborating internally with operational, technical and commercial teams to deliver client solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 8–15+ years experience in business development or commercial sales
- Strong network across pharma, biotech, CRO or life sciences organisations
- Experience selling clinical trial logistics, life sciences supply chain, or related services
- Proven track record of winning new business and building revenue pipelines
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
