
Head of Enterprise Partnerships

The Role
Through the Apprentos platform, employers can launch registered apprenticeships without taking on the legal, financial, or compliance complexity that normally prevents companies from accessing government-supported workforce programs.
You will own the national employer track at Apprentos, bringing the Apprentos platform and PEO model to large employers hiring thousands of frontline workers every year.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead enterprise partnerships with major employers operating large frontline and operational workforces. These relationships often sit at the VP Operations, supply chain, and workforce strategy level and are typically governed through national MSAs.
This is a hands‑on enterprise revenue role . You will personally originate and close early national employer partnerships while helping define the commercial model that expands Apprentos from multi‑state pilots to national adoption.
The CEO leads government and workforce system partnerships. This role leads enterprise employer adoption, activating the national employer market alongside those public sector partnerships.
What Success Looks Like
In your first year you will:
- Secure pilot employers within Fortune 500 logistics and operations‑intensive industries
- Establish national employer partnerships adopting apprenticeships through Apprentos
- Develop the enterprise partnership model that scales employer adoption across multiple states
- Work with the CEO to define the commercial strategy required to expand Apprentos nationally
In your first 90 days you will:
- Activate enterprise conversations with major operational employers across logistics and adjacent industries
- Introduce Apprentos into senior operational leadership conversations where apprenticeship adoption could materially impact hiring strategy
- Identify and secure the first group of national employer partners positioned to pilot the Apprentos model
Who You Are
You have spent your career managing enterprise relationships with large employers whose workforces number in the thousands.
You likely held roles such as:
- VP National Accounts
- Head of Strategic Accounts
within organizations that manage national workforce partnerships with Fortune 500 employers.
You understand how national workforce partnerships are structured and how large employers make hiring decisions at scale.
You are comfortable operating in an early‑stage company where strategy evolves quickly and outcomes matter more than process.
What You Bring
- 10+ years managing enterprise accounts with major operational employers
- Experience structuring national workforce partnerships and MSAs
- Deep familiarity with industries employing large hourly workforces
- A track record of closing complex enterprise partnerships with senior operational leadership
- A bias toward ownership, speed, and accountability
Compensation
Base Salary: $168,000 to $216,000 annually
Commission: Performance-based incentives tied to enterprise partnership revenue
Equity: Included as part of the founding leadership team compensation package
In accordance with the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range listed above represents the good faith estimate of compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, skill set, and business needs.
