Role Description
This part‑time on‑site role, based in the Baltimore area, requires a Merchandise Director to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of merchandise for Titans of Dance. Key responsibilities include managing merchandise inventory (one‑day in office), analyzing sales performance, and organizing/selling at events. The Merchandise Director will also collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and optimize sales performance during events. This role will be required to travel to our events to oversee the merchandise tables and sales.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate merchandise performance and sales data effectively
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to ensure successful product promotion
- Sales and Communication Experience
- Knowledge with the dance industry preferred
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage on‑site operations
