Position Responsibilities

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (independent distributors), managing customer relationships, engaging in sales activities, growing the customer base, seeking new selling opportunities, and tracking sales data.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution in the market.
• Use digital tools to showcase execution wins and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with a Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities, maximize sales, and apply consumer insights to adjust strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales; experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

Essential Job Requirements

• Must have a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Salary Range: $69,000 – $72,000.
