Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Asset Management based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with opportunities for remote work. The Director of Asset Management will be responsible for overseeing the performance of a portfolio of affordable and supportive housing properties. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial and operational performance, coordinating with property management teams, implementing strategies to maximize asset value, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding requirements. The role will also involve working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support the organization's mission.
Qualifications
- Experience in Asset Management, Property Management, and a strong understanding of real estate operations.
- Proven expertise in Finance and Investments with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with affordable and supportive housing programs and regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degrees preferred.
