Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid 1–3 days per week in office)
Travel: Approximately 1–3 trips per year, including occasional international travel
Direct Reports: 1 (Manager, Corporate FP&A, to be hired)
Role Overview
The Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a strategic finance leader responsible for enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics for Scholl’s Wellness Company. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role partners closely with executive leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making, operational execution, and long-term value creation.
The Director will lead the company’s financial planning and forecasting processes, develop integrated three-statement financial models, and oversee forecasting of key elements including P&L/EBITDA, working capital, cash flow and share price.
Working cross‑functionally with leaders across commercial, supply chain, and operations, the Director will help strengthen financial discipline across the organization while improving forecasting accuracy, reporting transparency, and analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
- Experience managing enterprise financial planning and forecasting processes
- Demonstrated expertise in three-statement financial modeling and cash flow forecasting
- Experience working in a private equity‑backed or leveraged company environment preferred
- Experience supporting executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
