Role Description
deliverz.ai is seeking a Commercial Director to lead and expand our commercial operations across Europe and the UAE. This full-time remote role will be responsible for defining and executing regional business strategies, driving commercial growth, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
The Commercial Director will oversee sales activities across direct and indirect channels, develop and execute market initiatives, analyze regional market trends and customer needs, and ensure the company meets its commercial objectives in the region.
You will be responsible for building a high-performing commercial engine that drives market awareness, product adoption, and long-term customer success across healthcare organizations, hospitals, and enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on execution, and has a proven ability to build a strong pipeline, close enterprise deals, and develop trusted relationships across the European healthcare ecosystem, with an existing network among healthcare providers and partners in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for Europe and the UAE, aligned with the company’s global growth objectives.
- Lead and manage regional sales activities across direct and partner channels.
- Build and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline, driving deals from opportunity through close.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, enterprise customers, and ecosystem partners.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and channel opportunities to accelerate regional market penetration.
- Drive market awareness and product adoption through commercial initiatives, industry engagement, and partner collaborations.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to refine positioning and strategy.
- Work closely with leadership team to align market needs with product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent deliverz.ai at industry events, conferences, and strategic customer engagements.
- Ensure achievement of regional revenue targets and commercial KPIs.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, and at least 3 years in commercial leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing enterprise deals, ideally within healthcare markets.
- Strong experience leading direct and partner/channel sales models.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline in complex B2B environments.
- Established network within the European healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, healthcare providers, and partners, particularly across Germany, the Benelux region, the Nordics, and the UK.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Based in Europe and able to travel across the region when needed.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
