Senior UX Designer with Sprout Experience

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Senior UX Designer to work for one of our global food, agriculture, financial, and industrial product clients. This role is working a hybrid schedule in the Minneapolis, MN area.

Contract: 6 months – special project

Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN area (3-days per week)

Pay Rate: $60 - 68 per hour on W2

Job Description

Role Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Looking for 6+ years of experience and a hands-on designer who can execute, not just strategize.
  • Must be able to jump in quickly and solve business needs related to client website.
  • Strong understanding of client’s design system (Sprout) is required.
  • Manager will consider candidates with strong Sprout expertise.
  • Hybrid role (3 days onsite) – located in MN:
  • Local candidates
  • Open to someone relocating for the role
  • Work within existing templates, frameworks, and design systems
  • Ensure consistency and quality across UX and design.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end design execution.
  • Help maintain and apply the Sprout design system effectively.

Responsibilities

  • SharePoint: Set up and manage documentation space for intake/content/UX.
  • Figma: Build and maintain Cargill.com design library (assets, templates, patterns).
  • UX Governance: Align with UX COE and manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Research: Oversee user research, personas, and insights.
  • UX Support:
  • Guide stakeholders on UX needs and processes
  • Define self-service vs. UX-supported work
  • Help refine intake process
  • Strategy: Support and help drive UX/content strategies.
  • UX Improvement: Drive improvements across website and Sprout.
  • Information Architecture: Support structure, navigation, and site organization.
