Automotive Reconditioning Solutions Engineer , you are the lead architect for our premium brand portfolio—including
CarBrite, Sonax, Menzerna, Blackfire, and 3D Products . You will act as a "player-coach," blending high-octane technical expertise with a fearless approach to B2B sales. This isn't a desk job; it's a field-based role where you'll be the ultimate pit crew for our clients, helping dealerships and elite detailers shift their profitability and performance into high gear. Responsibilities
Drive Regional Growth:
Proactively hunt for new business by networking with elite detailers and dealerships, setting the pace for our team’s expansion.
Master the Demo:
Conduct high-energy, hands-on demonstrations. You don’t just talk about the brands; you show the team and the customer how
Sonax
and
Menzerna
outperform everything else on the market.
Architect Customer Success:
Build long-term trust by educating clients on the best way to utilize our full suite of professional chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
Lead Through Mentorship:
Act as the technical "go-to" for your region, training fellow reps on closing techniques and premium reconditioning processes.
Execute the Strategic Playbook:
Partner with the Sales Manager to translate market trends and premium brand positioning into actionable wins for the whole team.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in professional sales.
2 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the automotive, reconditioning, or industrial chemical sectors.
A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a "fearless" attitude toward daily field travel.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint).
Preferred qualifications
