Interpret drawings and specs Solicit quotes and complete estimate Determine time frame of project Review estimated projects alongside Project Managers, and Superintendents to complete bid Qualifications
5+ years in Commercial Construction estimating High dollar project estimation experience ($5M+) Ability to read and navigate plans and specifications Good interpersonal skills Detailed orientated Experience with Smartbid, Procore, Microsoft Office Programs, takeoffs
