to help lead and elevate our senior living communities across multiple states.

clinical quality, operational performance, occupancy growth, and financial sustainability

What You'll Do Leadership & Operational Excellence
Partner with Executive Directors and regional leaders to strengthen community performance and quality outcomes
Provide direct operational leadership across multiple senior living communities
Step into communities during critical moments including
leadership transitions, acquisitions, and operational turnarounds
Serve as
Interim Executive Director
when needed during vacancies, vacations, or leadership transitions
Mentor and coach Executive Directors, General Managers, and department leaders
Clinical & Regulatory Quality
Assess and stabilize nursing departments in growth-stage communities
Partner with clinical leaders to maintain
regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff
Ensure clinical documentation standards and staffing regulations are met
Culture & Team Development
Champion WSLM's
mission, values, and Personal Touch Culture
across communities
Provide mentorship, leadership coaching, and performance improvement guidance
Support leadership transitions and onboarding of new Executive Directors
Foster strong, engaged, and accountable workplace cultures
Business & Occupancy Growth
Assist communities in addressing
occupancy challenges and repositioning strategies
Partner with sales teams to drive
census growth and market competitiveness
Develop staffing models that balance quality care with financial performance
Improve workforce planning and scheduling efficiencies Community Transitions & New Developments
Support newly opened or newly acquired communities with operational setup
Establish systems, processes, and performance standards
Ensure culture integration and operational stability during transitions
What We're Looking For Experience
7+ years of senior living leadership experience (Independent Living, Assisted Living, and/or Skilled Nursing)
Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred
Proven success in
community turnarounds and occupancy growth
Strong background supporting clinical teams and regulatory compliance
Education Bachelor's degree in
Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field required
Knowledge & Skills
Comprehensive understanding of
Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing operations
Knowledge of staffing regulations, scope of practice, and clinical documentation standards
Experience mentoring Executive Directors and operational leaders
Strong understanding of occupancy drivers, referral networks, and market positioning
Ability to implement sustainable operational improvements
Excellent leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Travel & Work Environment This role requires
extensive travel across multiple states
supporting senior living communities where leadership and operational guidance are needed most.
Physical requirements include:
Frequent walking and standing
Bending, reaching, and sitting as needed in operational environments
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
