
Director of Wound/Infusion Center

FT 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; varies as scheduled.
Directs activities of the nursing staff for the unit: Plans and organizes activities in nursing services to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with physician orders and hospital administrative procedures. Coordinates activities with other patient care units. Assists in formulating budget, quality monitoring and policy/procedure development and implementation; meets regulatory requirements. The Wound/Infusion Center Director is responsible for the management and strategic growth of the Wound & Infusion Care Programs. This position is responsible for the complete oversight of the Wound & Infusion Care Center to include the following functions: wound and infusion center operations, staff management, financial management, quality/performance improvement, community education, and clinical functions oversight.
Required:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field and five (5) or more years of clinical nursing, clinical operations experience or clinical management OR associate’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field and seven (7) or more years of clinical nursing, clinical operations experience or clinical management.
Preferred:
Master’s degree in healthcare administration or business administration preferred. Management experience preferred.
Wage Range:
($38.49- $59.58)
