Overview General Job Description The Sales & Marketing Coordinator (SMC) plays a key role in supporting and advancing Lars Remodeling & Design's sales and marketing initiatives. This position partners closely with the Director of Marketing and Sales to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns and sales operations.

The role focuses heavily on digital marketing execution, including email and SMS campaign management, marketing automation, and CRM optimization through HubSpot. The SMC will operate as an internal HubSpot power user, building workflows, managing contact segmentation, maintaining campaign reporting dashboards, and ensuring marketing and sales systems run efficiently.

This role also designs and produces marketing collateral and brand assets, ensuring consistency across all client‑facing communications—proposals, brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns.

In addition to hands‑on campaign execution and design work, the SMC drives process improvements, reporting insights, and cross‑functional coordination to align marketing initiatives with company goals, brand standards, and revenue objectives.

Duties And Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to promote Lars Remodeling & Design's services;

Manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), ensuring consistency with the brand voice and aesthetics;

Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, and track performance metrics to optimize content strategies;

Video content creation;

Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and blog posts;

Assist in planning and organizing promotional events, tradeshows, and open houses to increase brand awareness;

Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure that marketing materials align with company goals and client needs;

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth opportunities;

Coordinate the production of video content, photography, and promotional materials for the website and marketing initiatives;

Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.);

Assist with email marketing campaigns and ensure consistent communication with existing and potential clients;

Website management and audits along with online reputation management.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management (45%) Serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Marketing and Sales on marketing campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.

Lead the planning, creation, and execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, automation, and performance analysis.

Act as the company's HubSpot platform expert, building and managing:

Marketing automation workflows

Lead nurturing sequences

Contact segmentation and list management

Campaign tracking and attribution

Sales pipeline reporting and dashboards

Analyze marketing performance data and CRM reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.

Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, SEO alignment, and consistency with brand messaging.

Coordinate internal and external marketing initiatives including events, promotions, product launches, and sales campaigns.

Support and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, social media, blogs, press releases, and digital advertising.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer‑facing materials.

Creative & Marketing Collateral Development (25%) Design And Produce High‑quality Marketing Materials Including

Brochures

Sales presentations

Client proposals

Product sheets

Email graphics

Social media graphics

Spec Books

Event materials and promotional assets

Maintain and organize a centralized library of marketing collateral and brand assets.

Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high level of visual quality and professionalism.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop creative assets that support marketing and sales initiatives.

Oversee ongoing updates and quality control of all sales and marketing collateral.

Sales Operations & Client Experience (20%)

Oversee CRM data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and sales pipeline tracking

Act as a liaison between prospective clients, sales team, and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Provide advanced screening of prospective clients, gathering detailed project and budget information

Coordinate and optimize scheduling for design consultations and internal meetings

Develop and maintain sales and marketing dashboards to support leadership visibility into campaign performance and pipeline activity. Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows, documentation, and communication processes

Administration & Team Support (10%)

Provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence

Oversee document management, ensuring contracts, project files, and marketing assets are accurate and accessible

Maintain and monitor company collateral, business cards, literature, and all sales collateral

Ensure professional handling of incoming calls and visitors, modeling excellent customer service standards

Support daily showroom opening procedures and operational readiness when needed

Experience

2‑3+ years of marketing experience—real estate, architecture or residential construction experience preferred

Proficient in Adobe InDesign; familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) is preferred, and/or the ability to learn the basics

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
