Must Haves:
3+ years of experience in general construction as a superintendent
Wood frame buildings, multifamily, commercial, K-12, churches, historic building remodels. Etc.
MS project - building, maintaining, updating schedules within this system
Proficient with MS Excel
Plusses:
BS in construction or related field
Experience with Procore
OSHA 10
Day to Day:
Manage relationships with clients, internal team, trade partners and inspectors
Direct responsibility for developing and managing project specific safety plan
Develop and maintain project schedules
Conduct subcontract meetings to discuss job progress, quality and safety
Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local building codes
Have foresight to predict problems before they develop
