Our high-producing team at Canopy Mortgage is hiring a Mortgage Loan Partner / Pre-Approval Specialist to help guide clients through the early stages of the mortgage process. In this role, you will work directly with Regional Manager Erron Saucier, a mortgage professional with more than 30 years of experience and a team that has helped thousands of families achieve homeownership. The Loan Officer generates the business, and your focus is on helping clients get approved and prepared to buy their home. You will structure loans, review borrower documentation, run automated underwriting, and guide borrowers from application through pre-approval and contract. If you enjoy solving loan scenarios, analyzing income and credit, and delivering excellent service to clients, this role will allow you to grow your career while being part of a high-performance mortgage team!
