Hodgson Russ LLP, a dynamic and leading AmLaw 200 firm known for its excellence and innovation in legal services, is seeking an attorney to join its Real Estate & Finance practice group in the Firm’s Buffalo, Rochester, or New York City offices.
Experience 3 to 6 years in commercial real estate transactions.
Qualifications
Experience with a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.
Familiarity with real estate documentation and deal processes.
Excellent drafting, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and investors in commercial real estate transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, easements, and related documents.
Manage and coordinate due diligence (including title, survey, zoning, and environmental review).
Assist with closings and post-closing matters.
Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development efforts, as appropriate.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Salary range: $135,000 to $175,000 for applicants based in Buffalo, Rochester, or New York City.
