Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent based in greater Tampa, FL, however, it is remote and open to anywhere in the region. The role involves managing and executing commercial real estate transactions, identifying investment opportunities, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, leasing, or investment process. Responsibilities include prospecting new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, conducting market analyses, and delivering tailored advisory services to clients. This is for an experienced agent who has their own book of business looking to keep more of their commissions, without the corporate overhang or restrictions. We will also consider more inexperienced brokers on a limited basis.

Compensation This is a 1099 commission only role. Seacrest Advisors LLC, has the best splits in the industry and offers fluid splits based on broker needs. Costar, marketing, and other services are available. Full time, or part time is fine.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate, including sales and leasing

Active Real Estate License in the state of Florida

Understanding of Brokerage processes and principles, underwriting, and valuation

Strong Sales and negotiation skills

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Proficiency in market research and property valuation
