Requirements
12–18+ years in global statutory reporting and/or consolidation leadership.
Deep experience with multi‑entity close, intercompany, eliminations, and pack discipline.
Public‑company or multinational operating background.
Strong understanding of entity governance and audit‑ready support.
Meaningful industry operating experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience (NOT Required)
Experience managing statutory processes across many jurisdictions.
Exposure to consolidation or close system implementations.
Comfort working closely with product and engineering teams.
Job Description We are hiring a senior finance leader with deep expertise in global statutory reporting and consolidation to help design scalable workflows for stat packs, consolidation logic, entity governance, and audit-ready support. This person should understand the realities of multi‑entity close, intercompany and elimination issues, local reporting requirements, mapping discipline, and the governance needed to run a credible global process.
Serve as the global statutory and consolidation authority.
Define workflows for stat packs, consolidation logic, entity governance, and audit support.
Translate multi‑entity close complexity into rules, templates, approvals, and controls.
Advise on intercompany, eliminations, ownership changes, and reporting deadlines.
Partner with product and engineering to encode scalable statutory best practices.
Support design‑partner and implementation conversations with global controllership teams.
Compensation $160,000-200,000/annually
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
