Role Description This is a part‑time hybrid role, based in Dallas, TX, with opportunities for a mix of on‑site and remote work. The Personal Assistant to the Director will support day‑to‑day operations, including managing the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings, organizing internal and external communications, and performing clerical and administrative tasks. The role requires ensuring smooth operations, addressing priorities, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Diary Management, Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in office software, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Familiarity with nonprofit organizations or environmental initiatives is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred
